Ventilation Testing | Part F Building Regulations | Book now

What is ventilation testing?

Ventilation Testing now comes under Part F of Building Regulations and tests air flow for all new developments. It can test everything from the simplest extractor fan to a heat-recovery system for a whole house.

How are vents tested?

Using UKAS-certified equipment, I test for ventilation on the completion of a building, usually at the same time as testing for air tightness.

Why are they tested?

This comes under Part F of Building Regulations. Now that buildings are becoming increasingly air-tight, it’s crucial to check that ventilation rates are sufficient.

What else you might want to know…

I’m qualified by BPEC (British Plumbing Employers Council), and I’ve also been trained by Vent-Axia, a leading ventilation supplier. Do get in touch if you think I can help.
